Zone A: Edogawa-ku, Katsushika-ku, Adachi-ku. Via Keiyo Road: 16,000 Yens, and via Bayshore Freeway 18,500 Yens. 

Zone B: Koto-ku, Sumida-ku, Minato-ku Daiba, Shinagawa-ku Higashiyashio. Via Keiyo road 19,000 Yens and via Bayshore Freeway 19,500 Yens.

Zone C: Chuo-ku, Chiyoda-ku, Taito-ku, Bunkyo-ku and Arakawa-ku. Via Keiyo road 20,000 Yens and via Bayshore Freeway 21,500 Yens.

Zone D: Shinjuku-ku, Toshima-ku, Nakano-ku, Shibuya-ku, Meguro-ku, Minato-ku (excludes Daiba), Shinagawa-ku (excludes Higashiyashio) and Ota-ku. Via Keiyo road 22,000 Yens and via Bayshore Freeway 22,500 Yens.

Zone E: Itabashi-ku, Kita-ku and Nerima-ku. Via Keiyo road 23,500 Yens and via Bayshore freeway 25,000 Yens.

Zone F: Setagaya-ku, Suginami-ku, Mitaka-shi and Musashino-shi. Via Keiyo road 24,500 Yens and via Bayshore Freeway 26,500 Yens.
